Safety features include a “hot” warning display and a stirring function that continues to run until the plate temperature is below 50 °C, even when the device is switched off. An integrated control function offers precise control of the heated fluid temperature via a remote PT1000 temperature probe. The device is equipped with a stainless steel plate with glass ceramic (184 x 184 mm).
