Spin column system consisting of filter tubes with glass fibre filter and collection tubes. For the use of leftover reagents from IBI I-Blue MINI Plasmidpurification-Kits (IB47170, IB47171, IB47172), Gel / PCR / DNA Fragment Extraction Kits (IB47010, IB47020, IB47030), Plasmidpurification-Kits High-Speed MINI (IB47101, IB47102) or similar products from other suppliers using a binding, washing and elution method. Sample size, binding capacity and elution volume listed in the specifications must be observed.
