In addition to the standard Brix and refractive index scales, further scales (Fructose (fruitsugar), Glucose (grape sugar), Lactose (milk sugar), Maltose (malt sugar), Dextran, salt content (NaCl) %, salt content (NaCl) ‰, salt content (specific gravity)) are pre-installed specifically for food applications. You can easily change the scale by pressing a button. The free OXR-BASIC software for performing measurements and for saving and exporting measurement results is available in the download area of the manufacturer’s website.
